Since 1965 Frenco has been specialized in the manufacturing of iron Brake Shoes and relative components for axle manufacturers of various types, for use in the agricultural, automobile and industrial sectors. Over time, the company has become more innovative both structurally and technologically, expanding its fleet of machines, manufacturing plant (operating in 3000m2 in area), range of products and processing offered to its customers.

The items and services offered are:
  • manufacturing and bonding of brake parts assembled with components for the automobile sector and for trailer carts;
  • manufacturing and bonding brake shoes assembled with components for the Agricultural sector;
  • friction bonding for the Industrial sector;
  • special friction material applications;
  • manufacture of brake spare parts for wholesalers in the car trailer cart sector.
The product range goes from diameters of small dimensions:
Ø 135mm; up to larger diameters than are currently made: Ø 406mm.

Frenco works mostly on customer designs, creating products as a whole from purchasing raw material and presswork of sheet metal to end assembly, in order to offer products that are perfectly adapted to the specifications requested and to customer demands.
 
Boasting years of experience in the sector and, thanks to its avant-garde curing ovens, it is capable of carrying out bonding processing of any type of friction material of various used and brands.

At the customer’s disposal is the company’s expert team in charge of Research & Development support the design of new products and testing different brake systems also thanks to the inertia in the plant which facilitates validation that is based on European directives 71/320 and 98/12.
